PIERRE is a beautiful black and tan Chihuahua that was found tied to a beach access marker by his flea collar and kite string. He is very thin, weighs 4.11 lbs, but healthy. He is extremely timid. Working on his trust, confidence and house training. Pierre loves LOVE, but needs to trust you first before sharing his love.
