Fill out an Adoption Application

Hi!! My name is Emily and I'm a 2-3 year old, 19 lb Fiest mix. My "owners" left me and my puppies at a sad place in NC and didnt even tell anyone my name :-( I had bite wounds on my leg and foot and I'm missing the tips of my ears. My foster Mommy says that I'm still beautiful though! I'm really scared so I like to have places to hide but I promise I dont bite. I am crate trained, I never go potty inside and Im really quiet. I dont mind walking on a lease but I really dont like going outside because I worry I might not get to come in so for now I get carried out until I learn that I will always get to come back inside. My foster mommy goes outside with me so I dont get too scared and that makes me feel a little better. I really like cuddling on the couch and getting lots of love. I dont mind kids but they do scare me a little if they are loud. I'm living with two boys who are 9 and 5 and I like them and let them love on me. I also have lots of 4 legged foster siblings.  We all get along great and I even let the kitty lay in my bed with me. I have had all of my shots and a 6 month heart worm preventative. I havent gone in to be spayed yet but I will be after the holidays.
