Fill out an Adoption Application

Hi everyone, I'm Princess Leah but I just go by Princess.  I'm 8 years old in human years.   My foster mommy and daddy tell me I'm a real sweetheart.  I guess I am because they keep telling me that again and again and again.  I was living in Ohio but my first mommy got sick and couldn't take care of me anymore.  I don't quite know what happened but the good people from Peace Love and Paws came to my rescue.   I ended up with my foster mom and dad in Loris, SC living with 12 other puppies!!  I love the other puppies, but if I was the only puppy in the family that would be all right too.   Mom and Dad took me to the doggy doctor to get checked out and he said I'm a very healthy little lady.  He gave me sticky things he called  vaccinations...I didn't like that part but at least that's done.  I am very friendly but I don't like people I don't know grabbing me.  It's better if my mom or dad check out new people first, then I know I can trust them.  I do like most all humans...except I'm not quite sure of the little ones.  I think they are called 'young children'.

I really like living with my foster family but I think it's time I find a forever home.  If you would like a cuddly little girl who likes belly rubs, maybe you could be my new mommy or daddy.
