Fill out an Adoption Application

Fallon came from the Columbus Co shelter after spending 3 months there! :( Her time was up as the shelter was closing for renovations. We found a foster and she came to Myrtle beach where she started her heartworm treatment and settled into the home life. :) Her foster mom has been calling her Scarlett. 
  She is so sweet & loving,  great on the leash, housebroken, and loves to play fetch and tug of war! She knows the commands “sit” and “paw”, is friendly with cats, dogs, children and everyone she meets!  Fallon aka Scarlett will be available for adoption once her vetting is completed. Approved application, adoption donation of $225, and home visit required.  Since February is Black Dog awareness month, her adoption fee is reduced to $200!
