Fill out an Adoption Application

Sam truly was a diamond in the rough!  He was released from a cruelty case along with 9 other dogs on the property when PLP came to his rescue.  Who knows what he's been through previously?  He was a little snappy and growly to start.  But from the beginning he's been ecstatic over toys , especially a ball. All balls, any ball lol! We don't think he ever had a toy before. 

He loves his people but he tends to get very nervous with new people.  With a little time and reassuring him that he is ok and safe, his wiggle butt starts :)  Sam also loves going on walks and with a harness on he walks nicely.
He would do best with a nice sized fenced in yard, he LOVES to run around and play fetch with his ball and he recently discovered a frisbee and can jump pretty high to catch it. Sometimes he  just lets it hit him in the head!  He’s a pretty goofy boy!
He is good with other dogs.  Cats? We are figuring that out but he doesn't seem phased by them.
Sam has been around small children and he does fine.  He is such a good boy and just looking for love!  
He is house trained.  He goes into his crate at night and sleeps good .
 Just look at those eyes .. he is a pure love bug!   Sam has been completely vetted, neutered, has received his heartworm treatment, microchipped, and is current on 6 month hw preventative, and flea and tick preventative. He comes with all vet records, leash and collar.
