Fill out an Adoption Application

Little 4 pound, 4 month old Cordelia will be available for adoption at the end of August !
She is a long hair callico kitten. She is litter box trained. 
Adoption includes ; spay, microchip, fvrcp vaccine, rabies vaccine, flea and tick preventative, deworming, feline triple test plus she was treated for ear mites and an upper respiratory infection. 
Cordelia is a sweet, playful kitten ready to pounce into your life!  
She is a little afraid of dogs at the moment. She is very nosy but loves to play and also cuddle! She will come with vet records and her toys!
