Fill out an Adoption Application

Hi, my name is Bentley, but sometimes I get called Ben, Benny and "Hey! Quit licking my toes!" I am a 4 month old Great Pyrenees (mix) and weigh 42 lbs. They say I am going to grow up to be a really big boy, but that just means there will be more of me to love.   I am crate trained and am doing really good with my potty and leash training although I am still working on it since I'm still a pup. I am a big lovey cuddle bug and enjoy playing with my foster siblings both furry and human. There's a resident kitty in my foster home and I really love him but since I'm so big I think I might not realize my size and when he runs I think he's trying to play so I chase him but my foster mom tells me he isn't playing and that it's not nice to chase him. I am looking for a home with lots of outdoor space where I can expel my puppy energy. I love kids and other dogs but smaller dogs and children might not be the best fit since I don't know that I'm so big. I SHED ALOT ! My future owner will need to have me groomed regularly and will be sweeping up hair regularly so be aware of this if applying to adopt! I  need to be brushed every few days and will need professional grooming every couple of months. This can cost between $70 and $100 for a dog my size. I also EAT A LOT! Right now I eat 3 cups a day plus i like to chew so need healthy chew bones and treats. 
   Bentley is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, current on flea and heartworm preventative and has been neutered. He comes with all vet records, leash and collar.  Approved application,  vet and personal references, and home visit required. He is located in Myrtle Beach, SC. We will take applications for the next week and choose the best home for Bentley. His adoption donation is $250.00
