Fill out an Adoption Application

August is a sweet boy whose life started out not so good. He was living under a house as a small puppy with other dogs. Someone could only catch a few of them unfortunately but he was one of the lucky ones. Because he did not have any human contact the first several weeks of his life, he is very shy and timid at first until he trusts you. 
We scooped August up from the shelter and he has been learning that people are good and there is no reason to be afraid. 
August is now 12 weeks old and weighs 16 lbs. He is a mixed breed beautiful boy who will need a patient family or adopter. (We do not know what breeds he might be or know how big he will get but we did put his photos in our dog scanner app and you can see what came up. (It may or may not be correct!) 
Even though he is very shy now, once he gains your trust he will love you forever. He gets along great with other dogs and cats. He loves to play and get treats. August sleeps in his crate, however he is not housebroken at this time. He is still a baby. He doesn't like a leash just yet so a fenced yard might be better for him until he learns. He will need some training and patience but he is highly food motivated and smart. He has not been around children. 

Approved application, home visit and references required. His adoption donation is $250.00 and he comes with all vet records, leash and collar and a small bag of food.
