Fill out an Adoption Application

Lil Charlie was taken into a South Carolina shelter after his mom was in a drunk driving accident and went to jail. His eye was injured in the accident and he sat in the shelter for two weeks but no one came for him. :( The shelter had no means to treat his injuries so he was scheduled for euthanasia without rescue. That is where we came in! PLP pulled Lil Charlie and immediately took him to the vet to have his injured eye removed, neuter, vaccines, chip, dewormer,, and xrays to check for any other injuries. The shelter vet tried to say he was older but of course couldn't really exam him with him being in pain and afraid. 

Charlie weighs in at 6 lbs and is housebroken and loves to play with toys. He gets along with the other small dogs and cats in his foster home. He is also crate trained. He likes to go out in the fenced yard at his foster home. (supervised of course because of his size) 

He will need a special adopter who will give him the time to trust and know the breed. He can be a little snippy when displeased or scared but once he trusts you he is a little sweetie! :) 

A home without kids will be required.
