Fill out an Adoption Application

Let us introduce sweet Buddha to PLP!! 
Buddha came into a North Carolina shelter a month ago as a stray and we wasted no time picking up the handsome puppy! 
Buddha is very smart and extremely lovable. He sits on command and loves to play with other dogs. He is great on a leash and doesn't care if it is sunny or rainy. He enjoys every walk and wants to smell everything!  He loves everyone he meets along the way as well! After his walks he expects a treat and will sit and wait for it. 
He is still a baby and working on house manners but doing really well. Buddha is crate trained and can hold it thru the night. He will bark if he needs to go out and a good bully stick will keep him occupied during crate time. 
Buddha is a typical high energy puppy and puppy proofing is a MUST! If you lose something, he will find it. He needs lots of space to run or very long walks. He is going to be a big boy and he needs lots of exercise so will need to go to an active home. He is not cut out for apartment living.  He has not been around cats at this time.
Buddha loves car rides and is just a fun, happy, bundle of PUPPY! 
He is going to be BIG! He is currently around 14 weeks and weighs 22 lbs but we project he could be 70-100 lbs but have no way of knowing 100%. 
Buddha has had two sets of vaccines, microchipped, will be neutered March 1 and is current on flea, tick and heartworm preventative. He comes with leash, collar and all vet records. 
Buddha is located in Myrtle Beach, SC. We will take applications until the March 1 and choose what we believe to be the best home for Buddha! Approved application, home visit, and adoption donation of $250 required.
