Fill out an Adoption Application

Hi world, I am Miss Maggie Mae.  I was rescued from a shelter in North Carolina.  I was a very sick little girl and was diagnosed with Parvovirus when PLP picked me up and took me straight to the animal ER. I’m a fighter and recovered quickly with lots of TLC and medical care. I am now fully recovered and full of puppy energy!  I am approximately 5 months old and weighing around 37 lbs and a lab mix.  My foster Momma says that I am the best puppy she has every had.  I have 3 doggie brothers that I love playing with.  I also have a cat brother.  My best friends are 2 female labs that live down the street.  I do extremely well with other animals and I haven’t met a human I do not like!
I am a puppy so I need to go out to potty often and I am teething so I need toys to chew on.  If you’re not at home, I can be in a crate.  I love to snuggle on the couch and watch movies and I LOVE TO GIVE TONS OF KISSES.
I have puppy energy and love to play ball with my siblings and do zoomies with them in the fenced in backyard.  My favorite activity is the beach.  The water is still a little cold so my foster Momma has a pool for me.  I get in with my favorite toys and pretend I am a mermaid.
I am looking for a human to snuggle with and love on for a lifetime.  I promise to be your best friend forever.  If you meet me, you will never want to let me go!  My foster Momma hasn’t had a girl for a while so I come with tons of stuff (including several rhinestone collars).  Approved application, home visit, and adoption donation of $250 required.

I will be spayed April 28 and get my boosters. I am chipped, and current on preventatives. I come with all vet records and my personal stuff. :)
