Fill out an Adoption Application

Meet Darla! She is a 1-2 year old purebred Whiteville  Special and is currently 26 lbs.  She is still working on filling out her southern girl figure. Darla came to PLP with a serious case of mange and was missing most of her fur but after lots of TLC she has now grown most of it back. Darla loves people of all ages and has yet to meet a pup or kitty cat that she doesn't like. She is a champion swimmer and world class float dog. Darla enjoys going out on the boat,  meeting new friends, and going for runs on the shore. She walks well on a leash and is house broken, but she does have separation anxiety when left alone and tends to chew on things she shouldn't so she needs to be crated when unattended. She gets bursts of energy and likes to do zoomies all over so having a fenced yard would be nice for her but not absolutely necessary as long as she can release her energy in other ways.  Darla is up-to-date on all vaccines and preventative, is spayed, and micro chipped. Approved application, home visit, and adoption donation of $250 required.
