Fill out an Adoption Application

Phoebe came to us in December as an owner surrender. She lived on a farm and was chasing the chickens. She seems to be a retriever so that is probably natural behavior. ;) No fault of her own. 

Phoebe can be a little shy at first, but she is in a foster home and having lots of new experiences and learning leash manners, crate training and going out and seeing the world. She is fully house trained and will now consistently go on leash (keeping in mind she is still a puppy) and goes overnight with no accidents. She will whine/bark when her foster mom gets home, letting her know she’s ready for a bathroom break. She is a typical lab mix-likes to play, chew, be loyal!

Pheobe is spayed, chipped, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. She just got a 6 month heartworm preventative and was examined by our vet. She is 6 months old and about 27 lbs. 

She comes with leash, collar and all vet records.
