Congrats to sweet Rosco who has found his forever home! 
Rosco came to us after being bounced around between a few places. No one had taken the time to work with him and/or take him to the vet. We treated his uti, got him all fixed up and  then one of our approved adopters fell in love with this sweet snuggle puppy.
