Happy Gotcha Day Lilo!!
Lilo came to us last December a very scared little girl. She had been turned into a North Carolina shelter with her sister after her mom had been paid a visit by animal control. Her sister had skin problems which appeared to be a flea allergy. The owner was supposed to get the dogs to the vet but never did so they were surrendered. 
They were terrified in the shelter and needed a rescue immediately so we stepped up and they came to Myrtle beach and went into a foster home. It took a little while for Lilo to learn to trust new people but we gave her plenty of time and also got her the vet care she needed. 
The Landrau family had applied for a puppy in December and had just missed out. After thinking it over they decided they wanted an older dog and they instantly fell in love with Lilo.
Lilo joined her new family over the weekend and will be spoiled and pampered from here on out. No more neglect or being afraid.
