Rusty is ready to find his forever home!
Rusty came to us at the end of July after a homeless man had him in his car and was trying to relinquish to a local shelter one hot Sunday afternoon. 
We had someone pick him up and get him straight to the vet. They estimated him at 4 weeks old and he weighed in at 1.5 lbs. We were not able to find out any info about parents or siblings unfortunately.  He appears to be a chi and maybe terrier mix? 
Rusty has since thrived in his foster home, has had 2 sets of vaccines, has been neutered and has been dewormed and is current on advantix multi. He will Be microchipped this week. 
Rusty is now at a whopping 4 lbs and about 10 weeks old. 
Rusty loves to play with other dogs and kittens and is Go Go Go! He will not be allowed to go to a home who will ever leave him unattended outside. (Always a contract stipulation) but this is extremely important with this guy! 
He would love a playmate and is using pee pads currently because of his size.
