Congratulations to Rusty and the Davis family!!!
Little Rusty was only 1.5lbs when he came to us after living in a car with a homeless man one hot July day. 
We took the little guy in and he thrived in his foster home!
His new family has another little chi girl named Diva and they are already best buddies!
